Sally McClain

Sally was born and raised in Los Angles, California. She earned a Bachelor Degree from California Lutheran University and continued on to earn a Master of Social Work from University of Southern California. Over the past 5 years, Sally has been working with teens and young adults struggling with addition, mental health challenges, and chronic illness. As a social work intern, Sally worked at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles focusing on adolescents who were newly diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. 

Sally is certified in Equine Assisted therapy and Neurofeedback. She grew up as an equestrian which led her to develop a passion for integrating animals into the therapeutic process. Sally has a passion for supporting teens to gain self-esteem, confidence, and gain empowerment.

Eric Schneeman

Eric has worked in the treatment field for the past 10 years working diligently in helping others achieve their goals to discontinue substance use and cope with mental health challenges while improving their overall quality of life. He has extensive experience as a mentor and sober coach. 

Eric is a graduate of University of California Irvine where he completed a BA in psychology and is currently obtaining a master’s degree from California Lutheran University. 

Eric enjoys fitness, movies and music. Eric plays the drums and enjoys jamming with friends. He Is committed to supporting those struggling with mental health and addiction challenges with overcoming challenges, implementing healthy coping tools, and engaging in daily self-care routines.

Joseph Sparks

Joseph Sparks is an Associate Clinical Social Worker specializing in individuals of all ages and fathers of children with substance use disorder. He received his Bachelor of Art degree in Psychology from California State University Channel Islands and received his Masters of Social Work degree from University of Colorado Denver. Joseph has experience and a passion for working with individuals struggling with substance use, anxiety, and depression.

Over the past decade, Joseph has worked in different levels of care for addiction and mental health treatment. Joseph utilizes evidenced based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), to help his clients process emotions, identify their strengths, and overcome challenges.
