We prioritize rapport from the very beginning by meeting people in their world and engaging in activities they enjoy. Whether that’s hiking, spending time with animals, exploring a local coffee shop, or running everyday errands, our mentors show up alongside individuals in real life. This shared experience builds trust, connection, and momentum—creating the foundation for real, sustainable change.
