Recovery Where Life Happens

High Touch & Specialized Clinical Support Across the Full Spectrum

Mental health and addiction don't show up the same way for every person. Our clinical team brings deep expertise across the conditions and life situations that require more than standard treatment can offer. Below are the specialties we're built for.

  • Clinical expertise for depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, trauma, and OCD, including the complex cases where mental health and substance use feed each other. We bring intensive in-home support when symptoms are interfering with daily life and weekly therapy isn't enough to create the momentum you need.

  • Daily accountability and clinical intervention in the environment where recovery is actually tested. We provide sober coaching, relapse prevention, drug testing with same-day clinical response, and the structure needed to make post-treatment transitions hold.

  • For young adults who are stuck, disengaged, and not moving forward despite everyone's best efforts. We bring daily structure, life skills coaching, and the accountability systems that break through stagnation when traditional approaches have failed.

  • Practical support for ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, neurodivergence, and the cognitive challenges that make daily life harder than it should be. We build the organizational systems, daily routines, and life skills that make independent functioning possible.

  • When one person's struggle is fracturing the whole family, individual treatment isn't enough. We provide in-home family intervention, communication repair, boundary work, and the coordinated support that helps everyone in the household heal together.

  • Meal support, body image work, nutritional accountability, and the in-home presence that makes eating disorder recovery sustainable. We coordinate closely with your treatment team to provide the real-world support that office-based care alone can't deliver.

  • Coordinated support for older adults navigating cognitive changes, depression, isolation, medication management, and the medical complexity that comes with aging. We bring the clinical expertise and daily presence that takes the burden off adult children managing care from near or far.

  • Expert support during the seasons when old coping strategies stop working. Post-treatment adjustment, career changes, divorce, major loss, or any significant transition that's destabilizing your daily life. We help you build the new systems and skills the next chapter requires.

Concierge Care in Your Environment

We don't ask you to come to us. We come to you. Clinical support delivered in your home, your workplace, wherever you need it. Sessions run a minimum two hours because crisis intervention and real skill-building take time. This isn't a video call. It's licensed clinicians showing up in your life.

Real-Time Clinical Response

Change doesn't follow appointment schedules. When critical moments hit, when symptoms spike, when cravings surface, when family conflict escalates, thats when our team responds. Same-day intervention. Text and phone support between sessions. Immediate clinical guidance when you need it.

Complete Treatment Coordination

You shouldn't have to manage your own care, repeating your story to every provider. Forwarding notes between offices. Making calls. Trying to make sense of conflicting advice. We take that off your plate. Your therapist, psychiatrist, medical team, all aligned, all communicating, all working from the same plan.

Meet the Founders

Lyle Wick LMFT, LPCC, LAADC & Sally McClain LCSW

Lyle Wick and Sally McClain are both sisters and experienced clinicians who have created a service to bridge the gap between crisis and sustainable growth.

Having worked across various sectors within the mental health and addiction space, these sisters found the need and created a solution, clinically informed care in your home and your community. While traditional treatment methods can be necessary, there is often a gap that exists for individuals who are unable to thrive in their day-to-day lives. This is where Bridge The Gap comes in.

Lyle and Sally take a hands on approach with every Bridge The Gap client and family. They understand that one size does not fit all and there is a pertinent need for customized care that allows you or your loved one to implement skills and changes in your own environment to ensure sustainable change.

They take cases that others may turn away due to the complexity of the situation. They believe that every individual has the ability to grow, when the right support is implemented. They will be in the trenches with you and your family and help you navigate the ins and outs of mental health.

Short-term stabilization is the baseline. Lasting transformation is what we're built for.

The First Step Is a Conversation

Traditional treatment operates on weekly schedules.
Mental health crises don't.

If you need more support than weekly sessions provide, if you're transitioning out of treatment and terrified of falling apart, if your loved one is in crisis and you don't know what to do next, we can help.

The first conversation is free, confidential, and happens with a member of our clinical team who can actually answer your questions.
